Tim Wingo, MD
Medical Director/Owner
Dr. Wingo has more than 14 years of experience as a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon and has personally completed thousands of immigration medical examinations. Through his depth of knowledge, attention to detail, and longstanding reputation for trusted service, he has developed working relationships with immigration attorneys across the country. As a Civil Surgeon with personal experience navigating the immigration process, Dr. Wingo understands how stressful, time-consuming, and expensive the process can be for applicants and their families. He recognizes the importance of completing Form I-693 accurately and in full compliance with current USCIS requirements the first time. To help ensure Atlas Healthcare & Immigration maintains the highest standards of compliance and remains current with evolving immigration medical policies, Dr. Wingo is a member of the International Panel Physicians Association (IPPA). He attends professional conferences and educational meetings involving leadership from United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In recognition of his experience and advocacy on behalf of applicants, Dr. Wingo was invited to participate in a small Physician Working Group that provides real-world physician feedback regarding immigration medical examination policies and technical instructions. This ongoing involvement in a rapidly evolving immigration environment helps provide applicants and their attorneys with an experienced, informed, and detail-focused approach to the immigration medical examination process. Because immigration medical examinations are Dr. Wingo’s primary professional focus, applicants benefit from a level of experience and familiarity with the process that few physicians nationwide can offer.

Bethany started her career in healthcare as a Radiology Technician. Through her years of education and experience, she has fine-tuned her skills in patient care and operations management. When the time came to open a specialized medical practice with her husband, Dr. Wingo, she applied her foundational knowledge and expertise to launch a patient-centered clinic. As the COO of Atlas Healthcare, her primary focus is to oversee all operations of the clinic while ensuring their practice’s mission is upheld. However, it is the connection with their clients that she really enjoys and keeps her motivated. " We are not a large corporation, we're a small family practice. We care about our patients, and strive to provide them with the highest level of care, and the best experience possible, within a warm and welcoming environment"
